Eric is one of the best communicators I've worked with. He answered every call, text, and email incredibly fast, was transparent about pricing and material availability, and kept us updated throughout the entire project. He hit every deadline he gave us.

We even ran into a material shortage, and instead of it becoming our problem, Eric handled it. He kept us informed, got the material quickly, and finished the job without any disruption to our lives.

The craftsmanship is excellent. Every detail, from transitions to the finishing work, looks fantastic. His crew worked quickly, respected our home, and somehow left the place cleaner than they found it.

One thing I really appreciated was that Eric noticed opportunities to improve things beyond just the flooring. He recommended flush-mount floor vents that look so much better than standard covers and even offered to install them while he was already here.

Overall, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and exactly what you hope for when hiring a contractor. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Eric again for future flooring projects.

For anyone who's gone through removing carpet, it can be such a hassle — choosing the right flooring, figuring out the quality, it can get pretty stressful. Eric was with me every step of the way, patient even when I was confused asking a ton of questions. He answered every single one and addressed all my concerns. Once we picked the color and type of flooring, his team got to work quickly and efficiently. I loved how the bedroom and hallway floors turned out, so much that I reached out to Eric‘s team the next weekend to redo the bathrooms and laundry room floors.
